Release of Request for Proposals for Operation and Maintenance of the Chuck Corica Golf Complex

The City of Alameda is seeking qualified individuals or firms to operate and maintain the Chuck Corica Golf Complex.  The successful proposer will be responsible for all phases of the operation and maintenance of the facility including, pro shop, tee times, driving range, lessons, tournaments and cart rentals.  Please note the food and beverage segments of the operation will not be included.

Proposals are due February 10, 2012 with the final selection by the City Council on March 6, 2012.  For any questions or additional information please contact:

Krusi Park Renovation

We are pleased to announce that thanks to funding provided by the recently approved East Bay Regional Park District Measure WW, Krusi Park will be undergoing major renovation.  Included in the plans are the replacement of the outdated recreation building, upgrades to pathways, lighting and safety concerns will be addressed.
