Worker's Compensation Claims Administration Services
The City of Alameda is soliciting proposals from qualified third party administrators (TPA) for administration of the City’s self-insured workers’ compensation program. The City requires a vendor who demonstrates an innovative and effective claims management process that is streamlined and user-friendly, has strong customer service focus, solid reporting capabilities, effective technological capabilities, proactive and consistent management of employee/claimant occupational absences, competitive rates and fees, and the ability and willingness to comply with the City's performance standards. The City's Risk Management Division of the City Attorney's Office coordinates all aspects of the workers' compensation program with the TPA.
Responses are due to the City Clerk's Office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2012.

Fire Station #3 Feasibility Study
February 27, 2012: The Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants who can provide a feasibility study for Fire Station #3.
Responses are due to the Public Works Department by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2012.

The City of Alameda is seeking qualified individuals or firms to operate and maintain the Chuck Corica Golf Complex. The successful proposer will be responsible for all phases of the operation and maintenance of the facility including, pro shop, tee times, driving range, lessons, tournaments and cart rentals. Please note the food and beverage segments of the operation will not be included.
