Governer's Budget Proposal

In response to the Governor's budget proposal to dissolve redevelopment agencies statewide and require that all future tax increment be used only to satisfy the agencies' existing obligations, the Alameda City Council adopted Resolution 14549 on February 1, 2011.  (Click Here to View Resolution General information on redevelopment, tax increment, and recent projects has been compiled for anyone interested in better understanding redevelopment within Alameda:
