The North Park Street regulating code is a revision to the Alameda Municipal Code and Zoning Ordinance to bring the zoning code for the plan area into conformance with the City of Alameda General Plan. The City of Alameda is required to prepare a Draft Environment Impact Report (DEIR), which is an informational document intended to inform the public and cognizant agencies about the environmental effects of the North Park Street Regulating Code.
