Searchable Document Database

The Office of the City Clerk maintains an extensive online database of official documents. Documents are stored in folders by subject.
Click on the appropriate folder to find a specific document. Once the document is opened, if it is in PDF format, you can open, view, search, scroll or print it. If the document is not in PDF format, you can convert it using the PDF icon (which looks like a printer), in the navigation bar. Many of these files are very large. Documents are opened in their entirety, but can only be searched 75 pages at a time.
