Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule

In accordance with the provisions of Section 34169(g) of the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.), the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda ("Commission") must transmit an amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS) by January 31, 2012, to the State Department of Finance and Alameda County Auditor-Controller and post the same on the City's website. 

Update (4/13/12):

On January 17, 2012, the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda adopted an amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS) pursuant to Section 34169(g) of the California Health and Safety Code by Resolution No. 12-185.
