The Finance Department manages the financial planning and accounting for the City, including revenue forecasting and expenditure control. The department also provides payroll services, purchasing, accounts payable, business licenses, and administration of the City’s outstanding debt obligations, and acts in a fiduciary capacity for assessment districts.
