Parking Citations

Parking citation management and services in Alameda are handled through a contract with Inglewood Citation Management Services (ICMS), a government-to-government provider of parking management products and services that works with more than 60 California government agencies.

The City’s contract with ICMS includes state-of-the-art citation processing and collection services, enforcement handhelds, and a wide variety of convenient customer service features including a secure website where people can pay parking citations online.

How do I pay my parking ticket?
