It's Easy to Register for Our Programs and Classes!

1. You may register in person or mail your completed form with payment to:  Alameda Recreation and Park Department, 2226 Santa Clara Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501
2. Phone registrations accepted during regular business hours with your current MasterCard or VISA only. Please have your credit card and class activity number ready prior to calling (510) 747-7529.
3. Fax completed registration form with your current MasterCard/VISA, (510) 523-4071.
4. Register online 24/7 at www.arpdeplay.com

CLASS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

• In the event a class is canceled by the Alameda Recreation and Park Department, you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations initiated by the client must be requested a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will no longer be issued. You will receive credit less a $15 administrative fee which will be applied to your ARPD Account to be used for any future ARPD class or program.
• NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR MAKE-UPS ISSUED FOR MISSED CLASSES
