LAP SWIMMING (16 Years and Older)



WATER WALKING (16 Years and Older)

Aquatic exercise is a great low-impact activity that takes the pressure off joints, bones and muscles.  Water provides natural resistance, which can help strengthen muscles.  Class will take place in waist-high, heated water.  Participants may bring their own water shoes, hand webs or other resistance items.
