Want to help your child develop school readiness skills for pre-school? The Alameda Recreation and Park Department and Alameda Free Library, through a grant from First 5 Alameda County, is now offering FREE Alameda School Readiness Play Groups for families with children ages 2 to 5 years old.
Come join us for a free-10-week session. You and your child can interact as your child explores the world of learning through storytelling, movement, dance, tumbling, letter and number recognition, arts and crafts, math fun, science nature exploration, music, field trips, snacks and more... Parents must attend with child.
SPACE IS LIMITED. Interested families must complete a survey first. You will notified if you are accepted into the program. Child must not be enrolled in another preschool program with the exception of Head Start.
