Registration Options:

• You may register in person or by mail with payment to:

• Phone registrations are accepted with your current MasterCard or VISA during regular business hours. Please have your credit card and class activity number ready prior to calling (510) 747-7529. Please note that not all program registrations may be completed by phone.

• Fax your completed registration form with your current MasterCard/VISA information to (510) 523-4071.

• For your convenience, online registration is available 24/7 at www.arpdeplay.com  Contact ARPD Staff during regular business hours to set up your online account.

• • Do not wait until the last minute to sign up for classes.  You cannot register online on the first day of class or once the class has started.
  • When registering online, remember to print your receipt once you have finished your transaction (this is your only opportunity).  NO confirmations will be sent to you.
    
  • If you wish to confirm your registration, log into www.arpdeplay.com.  Select "My Account" option from the "Start" page.  Make sure you have logged in, and select the "History" button to see the list of classes you or your family member have registered for in the past.
    

• Please pre-register.  ARPD reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment.

Class Cancellation and Refund Policy

• In the event a class is canceled by the Alameda Recreation and Park Department, you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations initiated by the client must be requested a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the start of the program. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED. You will receive credit on your ARPD account, less a $15 administrative fee, to be used by you or any one in your family for any future ARPD program or class.
  
• NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR MAKE-UPS ISSUED FOR ANY CLASSES YOU MISS.
