Come celebrate the planet with us at ALAMEDA'S EARTH DAY FESTIVAL! As part of the celebration, it is our goal to present simple lifestyle changes to help the environment. Upcycling is one of those simple changes.

Enjoy FREE activities for the kids, Earth Day games and exhibits and learn about building a clean, healthy, sustainable world for generations to come.

3RD ANNUAL UPCYCLING TEAM SCULPTING CONTEST
Saturday, April 21, 2012
10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Washington Park (Central Ave & 8th St, Alameda)

Grab your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers and enter as a team in our UPCYCLING TEAM SCULPTING CONTEST.
You must enter as a team and all teams must have a minimum of 2 people.
Supplies will be given on the day of the event.
This contest is free and open to all ages.
Pre-registration not required - just register on the morning of the event.

The contest will run from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Judging will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Awards will be announced and presented at 2:30 p.m.
