Spring Vacation Camp

2012 SPRING VACATION CAMP - FULL - WAITING LIST ONLY

• For Boys and Girls Currently in Kindergarten through 5th Grades
• Monday through Friday, April 2 to 6, 2012
  
• 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Harrison Center @ Lincoln Park  (1450 High St, Alameda)
  
• Fee:  $150 per camper - Class #10660

 IT'S SPRING BREAK!  Come and hang out with your friends at our week-long adventure camp at Harrison Center in Lincoln Park.  Activities include arts and crafts, cooking, games, drama, music, outside play (weather permitting) and a special field trip.  (The field trip is still to be determined, however, lunch is included with the trip.)

 All participants must bring a bag lunch and wear comfortable walking shoes, socks and play clothes to camp (some projects might be messy).

Please pick up your child on time.  A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged for late pickups, payable that day.

There is a $15 administrative fee for any cancellations or changes.  NO REFUNDS ISSUED.

You will receive credit on your ARPD account to be used for any future ARPD classes or programs.

2. Fax your completed form with your current MasterCard or VISA to (510) 523-4071
3. Save time and register online at www.arpdeplay.com   Call ARPD Office during regular business hours at (510) 747-7529 to set up an online account if you do not have a login and pin number.
   
4. No phone registrations taken for this program.  Should you choose to register online, be sure to print your receipt and take it with you to Spring Vacation Camp when you drop off your child.
