CLASS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
- In the event a class is canceled by the Alameda Recreation and Park Department, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations initiated by the client must be requested a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will no longer be issued. You will receive credit less a $15 administrative fee which will be applied to your ARPD Account to be used for any future ARPD class or program.
- NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR MAKE-UPS ISSUED FOR MISSED CLASSES.
